A well-established Construction Consultancy are searching for a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join their small, yet experienced Project Management team based in South London.

The Senior Project Manager will be joining a Consultancy that are renowned for delivering high-class Projects from Inception-Completion for all types of clients, within sectors such as Private, Social Housing, Residential, Commercial and Education.

A Senior Project Manager will be joining an award-winning Construction Consultancy that benefits from having three offices that offer specialist expertise in delivering high-quality Projects across all sectors.

The supportive Consultancy are delivering projects like Regeneration projects consisting of high end Residential and Commercial high-rise buildings in locations such as Croydon, Streatham and Central London. This is the perfect opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to take on a new challenge and join a supportive Project Management team with a wealth of experience.

Senior Project Manager Role:

The Senior Project Manager will ideally have a technical background enabling them to oversee complex projects such as Regeneration schemes from Inception-Completion phase.

As the Senior Project Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet both time and budget constraints.

You will be responsible for:

- Providing direction and leadership to the Project Management team.

- Developing and maintaining project plans

- Liaising with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors

- Managing project budgets and finances

- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

- Reporting on progress to senior management

The Senior Project Manager Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years experience.
  • Experience within the Private and Housing Sector would be preferred.
  • Chartership preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven record of delivering Projects successfully
