ROLE INFORMATION :
Our client is looking for is looking for a Renewable Operation Manager in Newcastle
We're looking for a self-motivated leader with experience to develop and lead our renewables team to provide the best renewable solutions to our current and future client base.
- Coordinate and supervise installation teams across multiple multi-dwelling residential and commercial sites.
- Identify and pursue new client/work opportunities.
- Provide accurate financial information on project performance.
- Maintain exceptional quality standards and site safety.
- Serve as the conduit between company leadership values and on-site personnel.
- Build and foster client relationships and ensure outstanding customer satisfaction.
Your Experience & Skills
The ideal candidate will bring:
- Qualifications and knowledge of management, installation and maintenance of renewable technologies such as EV, PV & EESS & ASHP's.
- Proven experience leading electrical installation and/or maintenance teams in EV, PV & EESS & ASHP systems
- Robust management skills that emphasise quality, safety and efficiency
- Can lead by example and make decisions based on the best interests of the company
- Ability to support and develop team members
- Excellent project coordination and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and internal teams
- A real commitment to advancing sustainable energy solutions
Qualifications
- NVQ in Electrical Engineering (Gold Card or Black Card) (desirable)
- EV / Solar & EESS / ASHP Qualifications (required)
- 18th Edition (required)
- Inspection & Testing C&G 2391-52 or equivalent (preferred)
- Supporting Managerial and / or H&S qualifications (beneficial)
