SALES MANAGER - CENTRAL LONDON
Dove & Hawk are working alongside a successful independent estate agent who are looking to recruit a Sales Manager for their new office opening in Barons Court. This will suit an experienced property professional who is heavily experienced in valuations, winning new business and is looking to join a company which can offer career progression and longevity.
Duties/Functions of the role:
- Generating, arranging and attending valuations.
- Converting market appraisals into sales instructions.
- Reporting sales activity and pipeline.
- Managing the sales process from sale agreed through to completion.
- Ability to build strong business relationships.
- Able to win new business.
- Day to day management of the sales team. (once the team is established)
- Coaching and developing the sales team. (once the team is established)
Requirements of the role:
- A strong track record of winning new business instructions.
- A full and clean driving licence.
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.
Salary Budgets: £35,000 - £40,000 basic, £60,000 - £90,000 OTE + car allowance & guarantee.
Required working hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 6.30pm, alternate Saturdays 9am - 4pm.
