- Monitor market trends to inform fair, competitive compensation decisions.
- Lead the annual reward cycle, overseeing pay reviews, bonuses, and incentive programmes with accuracy and timeliness.
- Use data and market intelligence to recommend updates to reward policies aligned with industry best practices.
- Partner with leaders and HR teams to ensure consistent application of pay decisions within governance frameworks.
- Collaborate with external partners to deliver cost-effective, compliant benefit offerings tailored to employee and business needs.
- Support benefits strategy development and delivery across multiple countries to maintain competitiveness.
- Manage benefits within budget and support smooth administration alongside Service Delivery and country HR teams.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and provide expert guidance as needed.
- Work closely with Reward specialists and Service Delivery teams to define data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Use data analytics to evaluate and provide evidence-based recommendations aligned with business strategy.
- Lead or support reward-related projects contributing to overall people strategy delivery.
- Act as a subject matter expert in compensation and benefits, providing expert advice and guidance.
- Build trusted relationships with HR Business Partners and business leaders to deliver effective reward solutions.
- Support decision-making with pay analysis, modelling, and total reward comparisons as required.
- Proven experience in reward management, ideally as a Reward Manager or Senior Reward Analyst.
- Experience managing reward projects across multiple countries.
- Strong ability to provide professional advice, analyse risks, solve problems, and make sound judgements.
- Advanced skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; working knowledge of HR systems and Power BI.
- Demonstrable success in building strong internal and external relationships and influencing stakeholders.
- Desirable: Bachelor's degree, advanced reward or HR qualifications, and knowledge of employment law related to reward policies.
