SENIOR SALES & LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR - WAPPING

Dove and Hawk are working in partnership with a well established successful independent estate agency specialising in residential Sales, Lettings and Property Management. They are searching for a Senior Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join their team. This role will suit a highly driven London agent who has 3 + years' experience in lettings and is looking to develop their skills in sales and has the desire to become a manager in the near future.

Duties/functions of the role:

  • Professionally registering applicants as well as answering online enquiries
  • Arranging, attending viewings for prospective tenants and buyers
  • Providing detailed viewing feedback to landlords and vendors to successfully garner offers
  • Qualifying offers with the purpose of getting the best deal for all parties involved
  • Building strong relationships with landlords, vendors, prospective and existing tenants and buyers and colleagues
  • Completing the appropriate paperwork to create a smooth lettings and sales process
  • Managing the lettings and sales process from offer to move in


Requirements of the role:

  • 3+ years' experience working in East, City or Central London
  • Valuation experience would be advantageous
  • Vendor care experience
  • A proven track record and a background of hitting and exceeding targets
  • Must be well spoken and well presented
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong IT skills
  • Driving licence and own vehicle required


Salary budgets: £25,000 - £30,000 basic salary, £50,000 - £75,000 OTE

Required working hours: Monday to Thursday 9.30am - 6.30pm, Friday 9.30am - 5pm, alternate Saturdays 10am - 2pm
