Job Title: Area Pallet Manager

Salary : £55,000 + Car + package

Locations: South West UK

Remote Role - once a Month in office.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across clients to ensure operational efficiency and service excellence.
  • Deliver training on clients standards and processes, supporting a smooth and consistent onboarding experience for new clients .
  • Maintain and manage a robust pipeline of qualified partner prospects to support continuous network expansion.
  • Drive service quality through operational improvements and the implementation of best practices.
  • Conduct regular partner performance reviews, providing feedback, guidance, and support to help achieve KPIs.
  • Submit structured weekly reports to the Head of Operations, maintaining open communication to safeguard and advance clients strategic goals.
  • Define and communicate clear performance targets aligned with clients Agreements and overall business objectives.
  • Develop and manage budgets effectively to support operational goals and financial targets.
  • Identify and onboard new partners through strategic outreach, including lead generation and cold calling.
  • Foster strong, collaborative relationships with depot principals and operational teams across the network.

Ideal Profile:

  • Experience within the Pallet Distribution Network
  • Operations experience within a Logistics or transport business
  • Commercially Minded with the ability to grow Contracts as well as onboard new ones.
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Implementation of new process's as well as refinement .
