Looking to join a Tier 1 contractor with big plans and an established pipeline across London? A commercial team within one of the UK's most respected contractors is expanding - and they're looking for a Quantity Surveyor ready to grow alongside them.

You'll be joining a collaborative, experienced team with strong leadership in place, delivering a range of high-quality schemes across the capital. If you've got a background in 2-stage tenders and want more exposure and responsibility, this is a great opportunity to step up.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage procurement, variations, valuations and cost reporting on live projects
  • Support Senior QS and Commercial Managers on larger projects
  • Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure contractual compliance
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure cost control across packages
  • Prepare accurate commercial reports and forecasts

Requirements

  • Main contractor experience in the UK
  • Good understanding of 2-stage tender processes
  • Strong commercial and contractual awareness
  • Able to communicate effectively and work as part of a team
  • Based in or commutable to central London
