A Technical Supervisor is required for our Street site. Our client is looking for an experienced and hardworking individual to oversee the maintenance operations work on a customer facing site.
What does a Technical Supervisor role entail?

Serve as the main contact for all in/out-of-scope services, supporting both the company and the client.
Lead a team of technicians to deliver in-house services and maximise work.
Oversee specialist subcontractors, ensuring compliance with all safety, legislative, and client requirements.
Drive continuous improvement across technical operations.
Budget management, ensuring alignment with contract terms.
Provide solutions and quotes for minor project work.
Identify opportunities to expand service.
Undertake maintenance and repair work as required.
Oversee overall technical service delivery on-site.
Requirements for the Technical Supervisor role:
- Demonstrated Experience within a similar role
- 18th Edition Electrical
- Engineering background
- Comfortable Planning and Scheduling works and contractors
- Strong analytical skills
