Academic Administrator - 3 month temporary

Protocol are looking for an Academic Administrator to work with a Higher Education institution based in Surrey. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dedicated organization that is focused on equipping its students with the opportunity to flourish, with a focus on leadership and counselling.

This position is to work with the institution for 3 months, with an immediate start.

Role Responsibilities:

You will assist the registry team in the supervision of the admissions processes, ensuring that the overall experience from application to onboarding progresses smoothly.
You will liaise closely with the Academic Administration, Student Finance, and Student Services teams.
You will support in the administering of the grading systems on Moodle and Quercus, maintaining accuracy of the marking systems and data.
You will supervise with the assessments and exams processes, including monitoring student attendance, preparing assessment information and notifying students of the exam board results.
The person & qualifications:.

You will have administrative/registrar experience.
You will have a degree.
You will have experience with customer service/providing student support.
You will ideally have an understanding of the Higher Education sector.
You will ideally have an understanding of the student-related academic cycle.
You will ideally have experience operating CRM/student records systems.
