The Role

Reporting directly to the Client Services Director, you'll be responsible for ensuring clients receive the very best service end to end, you'll advise and support clients to help scale their brands through our full suite of development and marketing services.

You

You'll have an excellent understanding of ecommerce and digital marketing and be able to demonstrate a strong history of success in this industry. Naturally with this role, you'll thrive on building relationships. You'll be an excellent self-starter and also brilliant working in a team as you'll be liaising closely with the project teams to ensure successful delivery. You'll need to be creative and have a finger on the pulse mentality, always staying on top of industry trends, new tools, apps, etc so that you can share with clients to help them succeed.
