Position: Accounting Technician/Accountant

Location: Meath/ Kildare
An Established Buildings Products Group are seeking an experienced Accounting Technician or Qualified Accountant to oversee all aspects of the finance operations
Based at their Head Office, the successful applicant will be responsible for the Financial operations of the business reporting to the Financial Controller.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation and submission of Revenue returns to include VAT, P30, RCT, CIS, VIES and Instrastat returns.
- Reconciliation of bank accounts.
- Assist financial controller with the preparation of monthly management accounts
- Monthly sales analysis.
- Provide holiday cover of accounts administration duties including payroll.
- Assisting with the creation of budgets and financial statements.
- Assisting auditors with queries for the year end audit.
- Assist Financial Controller with projects as they arise.
Required Experience:
- Hold a recognised accounting qualification or accounting technician qualification
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Efficient time manager.
