Job Title: Accounts Executive

Location: South Wexford

Salary: Negotiable Doe + Benefits - 3 to 4 days p/w

Accounts Executive required for a growing Construction Company in South Wexford. You will oversee the day to day of the finance function and play an active role in leading the team.

The Responsibilities of Accounts Executive include:

  • Preparation and presentation of Weekly/ Monthly/ Quarterly Management accounts and reporting same to Board of Directors.
  • Participate in Senior Management meetings to review company progress.
  • Payroll and Wages
  • Cashflow, budgeting and forecasting
  • Cost accounting
  • Margin Analysis
  • Tax returns and all Revenue Returns
  • Managing creditors
  • Credit Control of key suppliers
  • Managing payments of subcontractors and RCT

Requirements for the Accounts Executive include:

  • Ideally qualified accountant (Technician) but will look at relevant experience
  • Construction Industry experience desired but not essential.
  • Ability to work in a small company environment
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Strong IT skills
  • Must be Proficient in Thesaurus Payroll and Sage One Accounting.
  • Self-motivating and able to work on own initiative
