Job Title: Accounts Payable Assistant
Location: Willenhall
Salary: £22,000 per annum

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented and dedicated Accounts Payable Assistant to join our finance team in Willenhall.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process invoices, expense reports, and payment requests accurately and in a timely manner.
- Verify and reconcile invoices, purchase orders, and receipts.
- Correspond with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate payment processing.
- Assist in maintaining vendor records and updating contact information.
- Assist in month-end and year-end financial closings and reporting.
- Prepare and distribute payment runs.
- Perform other related tasks and projects as required by the Finance Manager.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounts payable or a related finance role is preferred but not required.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in finance or accounting is a plus.
