Location- Leeds, Bristol, London, Birmingham, Manchester, Lincoln, Newcastle, Norwich or Nottingham

Salary- £45,000- £65,000 (DOE)

Precision is currently representing a growing environmental consultancy firm, with established offices across the whole of the UK, offering technical, engineering and advisory services within the Environmental Sector.

They have grown over the past 5 years, doubling their offices from 5 to 10 with a yearly turnover of £10million.

As the Acoustics Lead you will help to lead the development and expansion of the Acoustics division, working with third party suppliers, and growing a team of Acousticians.

Job Description

    The development and the expansion of the Acoustics division across the UK

    Responsibility for the Acoustics team and suppliers

    Building upon and developing new relationships with clients

    Developing client strategies, working with the Senior Management Team to penetrate the market further

    Recruit and build the team within Acoustics, looking to grow the team organically across the next 3 years

The Candidate

As the successful Acoustics Lead you are likely to have significant experience in the following in…

    7+ years experience within Acoustics, within a consultancy environment

    Post graduate degree in a relevant subject

    Environmental Acoustics background

    Be a member (MIOA) or associate member (AMIOA) of the Institute of Acoustics

    Commercially aware with good client facing skills, the ability to price work and evaluate risks and prepare proposals

    Ability to lead and develop teams, with a proven background in building strong teams

    Entrepreneurial, and a self starter
