Administration Assistant
Kier Utilities is looking to recruit an Administration Assistant who will report to the R & M Team Leader. The role of Administration Assistant is a multi-disciplined position. The main function is to support the Planners & Jeopardy Co-Ordinators on a daily basis & provide effective communication with all stakeholders.
Your key responsibilities will consist of:
- Collate work packs & input onto the client & company systems as well as prepare utility drawings from the relevant statutory undertakers.
- Responsible for the closure of all completed job cards & associated process on both client & Kier systems.
- To ensure all Streetwork Notices are accurate and to make sure all persons concerned are aware of all available NRSWA Information.
- To complete all work packages for distribution
- Undertake closure and filing of completed work packages
- General administration duties
- Produce and despatch Customer notification letters/leaflets
- Dealing with Customer enquiries and complaints
- Serve & close notices in compliance with NRSWA
Essential Skills and Experience
- An organised & methodical approach to work
- Able to communicate effectively with staff & clients at all levels
- Financial & Commercial awareness.
- Knowledge of SAP operating system
- Experience of NRSWA
