Kier Utilities are currently recruiting for an Administrator. The successful candidate will join our team in St Austell, Cornwall and report directly in to the Senior Commercial Assistant and will provide support and assistance to the commercial team. This role will be perfect for anyone looking to take their first steps into an Administrative career and secure a role within a global organisation. Although this is a trainee role there will be opportunities to progress in to a Commercial Assistant role within Kier.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide office administrative support with general filing, scanning and photocopying.
- Updating information onto spread sheets.
- Entering details onto the data base.
- Any other duties as requested from time to time.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Basic keyboard skills with knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- General willingness to be helpful, enthusiastic and flexible
- Able to work as an individual and co-operatively with other staff members.
