The main purpose of the role is to support our field based installation teams and undertake key office administration tasks. This includes collating and inputting data into bespoke internal and external systems using a central system for co-ordinating our field teams and providing information to all levels of management.
KEY TASKS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
- To support Field Teams and Contract Support Team with the completion of all administrative functions as listed, but not restrictive, to below - as well as assisting Field Management with management of the field technicians and customer work orders.
- Support Field Managers with day to day running of the sites; including jeopardy management when required.
- Provide real time information on installation crew activity.
- Complete tests on field technician work, offering suggestions for improvement.
- Support other back office functions such as planning and performance when required.
- Report on the daily activities undertaken by the team and escalate poor performance and compliance issues to the Field Management.
- Engage with our customer's pre and post installation.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Previous experience within an administration role.
