Administrator - 6 MONTH FTC

Southampton OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE ROLE Responsible for the administration of works from receipt through to completion and including providing the delivery and ensuring compliance with TMA (Traffic Management Act) 2004 KEY TASKS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • To undertake training for own development
  • To provide training and support to other team members as required
  • Manage personal and group emails
  • Process information received including validation and querying issues
  • Provide good customer service to internal and external customers both verbally and in writing
  • Effectively manage own workload, working to tight deadlines
  • Prioritise work and feed back to line manager as necessary
  • Run reports on a regular basis as requested
  • Problem solving and liaison with relevant parties as required
  • Manage inbound and outbound phone calls
  • Meet deadlines and report to line manager any potential failures
  • Comply with government legislation to avoid fines imposed by Highway Authorities
  • Update various systems accurately with validated information
  • Communicate effectively with team members and line manager
  • ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
