We're looking for a forward-thinking Field Support Administrator to join the busy Virgin Media Consumer Support team in Glasgow. You'll be working in partnership with the field management teams and Virgin Media to ensure all planned works are completed and updates are received and recorded in a timely manner.
You'll also be responsible for ensuring the completion of works and delegation of works to each crew out in the field is recorded accurately, ensuring the bespoke system is updated throughout the working day.
What do we need from you?
To be successful in this role you'll need to have previous experience of data input into IT systems. Good organisation and communication skills are essential and of course attention to detail is key. If you've got great customer liaison skills, then we want to hear from you.
