Kier and its partnership with South West Water are passionate about water, we help provide high quality drnking water and a waste water service to people across the south west of England.
We work as part of a framework delivering civils schemes across the region, whether it be responding to fix a water leak or replacing a water main on planned works, we're there ensuring the work is completed safely and on time.
We need an Administrator to join the busy St Austell office in the planned works team, your main responsibilities will include; ensuring customers appointments are booked in correctly, ensuring the relevant teams delivering the works are aware and the works are carried out correctly to avoid poor customer service, you'll also need to manage staff availability, outlook diaries and customer confirmation emails and SMS.
What do we need from you?
The ideal candidate will need to have experience in a back office customer facing position. Experience in Utilities is highly desirable. Fantastic organisation, communication and telephone skills are essential for you to be considered for this role.
