Permanent - Full time 40 hours a week

Are you looking to join a leading utilities company working in partnership with Anglian Water and Clancy Docwra. If so, we have an excellent opportunity for a customer- centric, Administrator to strengthen our team.
What will you be doing?
This position will see you supporting our operational teams in the timesheet process, manually entering data and checking data so attention to detail really is important. You would be processing entries for enhanced hours, bonus payment and overtime payments and holiday pay. In effect working in a payroll environment bar the process with the bank.
You will also provide administrative support at the Ipswich depot which includes:
Production of weekly/monthly reports for Area Managers
Updating databases to monitor performance and to ensure future workloads are scheduled correctly
Assisting with GDPR compliance
Keep records of H&S stats, holiday booking, recording and filing data
You will be working to tight deadlines each week so being able to work under pressure will help you perform well in the role.
We also take confidentially very seriously at Kier so being able to undertake your work with a degree of discretion will be required.
What we need from you?
If you have experience working to tight deadlines in a confidential environment, then this is a great role for you.
You will need to be computer literate with MS office skills, particularly Excel, have excellent time keeping and communication skills.
You will be managing your own time whilst managing multiple stakeholders.
A background in data management would be beneficial.
This role will involve some travel so a driving licence will be required.
