We have an exciting opportunity for a confident Administrator to ensure the day to day smooth running of our Stoneycombe Hardrock Quarry in Newton Abbott. Reporting to the Quarry Manager to ensure that they are given all aspects of admin support. About the role You will be responsible for supporting the Quarry Manager and operational team, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of internal documentation and organising the business in the most efficient manner. Elements to the role include: Be the first point of contact for all incoming queries via person, post, fax and email Organise team meetings, conference calls and booking of meeting rooms Support the organising of travel and accommodation arrangements for team members (excluding Heads of Departments) Raise order requests for business stationery and PPE when requested Process Purchase Orders and ensure compliance with AI processes and procedures Keep track of costs against the team’s budget Undertake filing and archiving as required for the team members To accurately prepare agendas, and take, type up and circulate minutes of meetings, tracking actions. Keep track of key work deadlines Collate monthly reports and distribute In collaboration with other Administrators and Personal Assistants, ensure standards of excellence are attained in respect of both internal & external customer service and develop / improve good working relationships Undertake any other duties that may be reasonably required Support the Quarry Manager in ensuring that the IMS are up to date and support operations with KMI/Icare data input Support operations in carrying out inductions and drugs and alcohol testing Assist in covering the weighbridge operations to cover holiday and absence when required Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times What will you bring?
