Job Title: Administrator

Location: Loughton, Essex

Business Area: London Construction

Hours of work: 8:30am - 5pm or if covering reception all day will be 8am - 4.30pm

Our London and South East regional buildings business are looking for an Administrator to join the Administrational team to support the London business. Reporting into the Senior Personal Assistant, you will be doing a mixture of administration work and reception cover.

Job responsibilities
As an Administrator within our London region, you will be responsible for managing emails and incoming queries as well as calendar co-ordination, preparing meeting materials, and completing other administrative tasks as required. To add variety to your role, you will provide face-to-face support on the reception, (Reception cover will be 12.45pm-5pm and all day if required due to holiday/sickness cover).

What do we need from you?
It is preferable that you have experience in a similar role, preferably with some PA experience and have a collaborative and proactive approach, as well as being an effective communicator, as you will be liaising with other departments within the region as well as supporting the Directors. Ideally, you will enjoy working to deadlines and in a fast-paced environment.
