My client is currently looking to recruit an administrator to cover maternity leave for their business based in Morpeth
- This role is to start asap - to ensure a smooth transition and handover prior to maternity leave starting
- 30 hours per week - currently Monday - Thursday 8-3 / 3.30 but this can potentially be altered to suit
- Hire will be a temporary but long term contract as this is to cover maternity leave
- Working for a reputable plant hire company with a head office based in Morpeth
- Will be working within a small office based team
- Candidate will ideally drive due to location of office, parking is available on site
Role will include
- General administration duties
- Raising Invoices, liasing with customers in regards to any queries & liasing with external accounts team
- Updating plant hire diary with any new hires / changes to hires and availability of machines & operators
- Chasing operator timesheets,
Candidate will ideally:
- Already have a good knowledge of computing & IT Skills
- Have good organisational skills
- Be able to work and communicate with other team members, staff and clients
- Have previously worked within a similar role / similar environment would be advantageous but not essential
