I am currently looking to appoint an Administrator on a temporary basis within my clients Stockport office.
My client, a national Public Sector contractor, is looking for a General Administrator to work in their Stockport office to help cover a period of leave. Work is envisioned to be around 2 months.
Ideally, we are looking for somebody who has worked in a busy office environment, ideally within construction or Public Sector Maintenance so you have some knowledge of the sector and dealing with tradesmen, subcontractors and tenants when needed.
Day to day duties are as follows:
- Input of timesheets
- Cost allocation of purchase orders
- Raising of purchase orders/subcontract orders
- Post in/out
- Stationery ordering and monitoring
- Answering/transferring calls
- Maintain and upkeep office files
- Secretarial support
- Add/load and keep all holiday records up-to-date
- Load/chase sickness forms etc.
- Allocate purchase order pads
- Keep records of attendance
- Refer to the key critical factors/daily disciplines for your specific work stream(s) responsibilities
Previous Administration experience is desirable. Working hours are full time Monday - Friday - 37 hours.
