Location: Shropshire Highways - Craven Arms Depot
What is the purpose of this role?
To provide administrative support at our Craven Arms Depot including data collation/input across the various IT systems used on the contract (Confirm OnDemand, ECM, CPA).
Your responsibilities:
- To provide admin support to the operational delivery
- Data input (Time sheets, GRN's)
- Ensuring information is logged correctly and registers are up to date
- Generate system reports
- Any other ad-hoc office based administrative required tasks
- GCSE (or equivalent) in English Language and Maths
- Proven work experience in similar roles with attention to detail
- Positive, confident, and resourceful mentality, committed team player
- Good communication skills, both written and oral
- Resourceful and proactive in handling issues and both internal and external customers
- Strong organisation, prioritisation, and time management skills
- Ability to operate in a service driven culture, continuously challenging and seeking to be better
- Good customer service skillset, going above and beyond the call of duty where necessary
- Trustworthy and self-motivated with good organisation and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
