Your role as an Administrator

This is a permanent position sitting within the Direct Labour team, executing work to meet Openreach deadlines. Your role as an administrator, will involve assessing job packs and liaising with subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities of a Commercial Administrator

  • Raising permit requests for the civil team
  • Checking planned dates and permits
  • Updating planning program with dates requested from co-ordinators and project managers
  • Updating daily whereabouts of operatives
To be a successful Administrator we need from you

  • Strong administration skills
  • Confident with process driven office environments
  • Experience dealing with stakeholders building relationships
