Contract: Permanent, full
Salary: £22-23k depending on experience
Responsibilities
Kier Utilities brings the built environment to life, keeping people and business connected.
In this role, you will be working on our Anglian Water Alliance, where we work on maintaining, repairing, and upgrading the water network.
In this role as an Administrator, you'll be providing administration support to the Norwich depot.
Your day to day will include:
- Supporting the Payroll timesheet process by manually entering and checking data such as enhanced hours, bonus payments, overtime payments and holiday pay, submitting final consolidation reports to enable payment.
- Producing weekly/ monthly reports to the Area Managers and updating data bases to monitor performance and to ensure future workloads are scheduled correctly.
- Keeping records of Health & Safety, holiday / sickness / training bookings, recording and filling data.
This role of Administrator is great for you if:
- You can work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Hold excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel
- Have excellent attention to detail and communication skills
