We're looking for a Administrator to join our Utilities, South West Water team. Within this role, you will be part of a collaborative team environment, where training is provided.

Kier Utilities brings the built environment to life, keeping people and businesses connected. In this role, you will be working on our South West Water contract, where we work on repairs and maintenance services to provide reliable, efficient, and high-quality drinking water and wastewater services.

In the role of Administrator, you will work closely with the operational teams who carry out reinstatement works across Cornwall.

Location: Based from our St Austell depot

Contract: Permanent - Full time

Salary: Competitive

Responsibilities

Your day-to-day will include:

  • you'll provide support to the teams based out on site, carrying out general administration, maintaining database and producing reports.
  • Checking and updating feedback from the site teams on our corporate systems
  • Liaising with customers, clients and local councils to achieve and maintain excellence in delivering planned works.
  • Assisting the planning team and providing holiday and abcense cover
Who are we looking for?

You do not need to have previous Utilities planning experience, we will provide you with the required training.

  • You will need to have
  • Previous admin experience
  • Excellence in Customer Service and have a pro-active approach to work
  • Calm under pressure/strong personality/multitasking
Great organisational skills as well as great IT skills such as spreadsheets and databases
