A leading Electrical contractor are looking for a bubbly Administrator to work within a small, dynamic team with a work hard play hard mentality to be based in Thurrock supporting the management team, paid £25K - £28K starting salary plus package
The successful administrator will be
- Administrator will be Dealing with telephone enquiries
- Administrator will be responsible for checking and processing timesheets
- Administrator will be liaising with suppliers for competitive quotations
- Administrator will be Placing orders for materials
- Administrator will complete Logging of stock movement records
- Administrator will be Updating asset control logs
- Administrator will monitor Control of existing stock levels
- Administration will be support for all areas of the depot
The successful administrator should
- Administrator should have previous admin experience
- Administrator should have good communication skills verbally and written
- Administrator would benefit from experience working within the electrical industry
- Administrator should be based in Thurrock for easy office access
Contracts Administrator will be paid £25,000 - £28,000 basic dependent on experience + 25 days holiday + package.
