We're looking for an Administrator to join our Facilities Management PFI Team based in Lewisham. Within this role working among a great team, supporting the contract to enable the operational managers to deliver all operational requirements on current FM Contracts.

Responsibilities

As an Administrator, you'll be working within the Facilities Management PFI Team, supporting them in various areas, including dealing with financial systems and information including excel spread sheets and raising purchase orders and invoices

Your day to day will include:

  • Assist Contract Manager with financial systems and information including Excel spreadsheets, raising Purchase Orders, obtaining information from subcontractors and following up on enquiries to aid the operations of the contract.
  • Liaise with clients, helpdesk, sub-contractors and operational staff to ensure that reactive and planned maintenance activities are delivered to contractual requirements.
  • Maintain subcontractor information and issue Authority to work where required.
  • Obtain appropriate information and collate monthly client reports.
  • Collate and upload operational and subcontractor information into document management installations.
What are we looking for?

This role of Administrator is great for you if you:

  • Prior history of working within an administration role, ideally within the FM industry
  • Ability to collate information from various and create reports.
  • Excellent communication/problem solving skills, attention to detail, self-motivation and the ability to be a strong team player are integral to this role
  • Working knowledge of Facilities Management and Statutory Compliance
