We're looking for an Administrator to join our team working with our Housing Maintenance team working on our Guinness Housing Contract. Within this role, you can enjoy family friendly policies, access to both Cycle to Work and Green Car schemes and even more.



Location: Castle Court, Sheffield

Contract: Fixed Term Contract - 40 hours per week. 12 month FTC



Responsibilities

As an Administrator, you'll be working within the Housing Maintenance Team, supporting them in various areas.

Your day to day will include:

  • Liaising with supply chains and residents when required
  • Develop effective working relationships with client and contractors' representatives to reduce duplication and ensure consistency of information and approach
  • Input job status/notes on the system (concept/ site systems)
  • Send chasing emails to contractors on a daily/weekly basis for any pending paperwork/certification/photo evidence or information which you haven't yet received


What are we looking for?

This role of Administrator is great for you if you:

  • Previous experience in administration
  • Able to meet deadlines and manage priorities effectively with excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel & Teams
