£11p/h PAYE (Equates to £22,800 per annum)
Must have previous Customer Service experience

Job Duties:

  • Calling Sub Contractors to request updates on works
  • Email Sub Contractors to request updates on works
  • Update our Planet system with standard text to advise work has been chased
  • Manage inbox of sub contractor updates
  • Update information on our Planet system of sub contractor updates
  • Link documentation to our Planet system via Sharepoint
  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
