Administrator / Parts Advisor required in Sandiacre

Monday to Friday 0800-1730

Pay: £11.50ph

Job title: Administrator / Parts Advisor required in Sandiacre

Job duties:

  • You will be responsible for meeting and greeting customers as they arrive in the reception area
  • Talking to customers about the services provided and what problems they are experiencing with their vehicles
  • Answering incoming telephone calls and scheduling service appointments
  • Compiling and sending reminders to customers
  • Communicate to customers about the services being offered and apply excellent customer service
  • Up sell on optional services and accessories to the customers at every opportunity
  • Work closely with the team at the Sandiacre Branch and with the team at our Head Office in Stanton By Dale.
  • Talking to customers about the services provided and what problems they are experiencing with their vehicles
  • Quoting and Invoicing customers/taking payments.
  • Monitoring the repair work to make sure the vehicle will be ready when promised and keeping customers updated
  • Documenting the repairs using the in-house computer software package

Skills required:

  • Experience working in a front of house customer orientated role within the motor industry is diserable.
  • You will have the ability to communicate well with people at all levels to ensure the customer's requirements for service and repair are met and faults can be quickly and efficiently diagnosed by the Technicians.
  • You will have a good understanding and experience of successfully up selling and understand the importance of ensuring excellent customer service at all times
  • Be able to efficiently work under pressure.
  • You will need to have experience in a similar role and will be used to dealing with a high volume of customers.
  • Dealer Management Software/vehicle repair software experience is essential.
  • Full Driving Licence essential
  • A critical thinker looking to undertake a challenging, fast paced and rewarding role who will be crucial to the success of this new venture.
