Join our Property Services team as a Property Services Coordinator

The team works on the provision and maintenance of our large portfolio of properties. This demands strong organisational skills and the ability to work collaboratively with customers, other teams and external service providers.

Your responsibilities will include:
* Maintaining all tasks, including raising jobs, requisitions, follow on works, sub-contractor works.
* Answering phones, emails, CRM cases, scheduling and confirming appointments
* Ensure all records are always kept up to date including job details, appointments, job statuses, relevant time & dates, costs
* Ensuring that operatives are working efficiently, and operative workload is maintained in line with the WIPs (Works in progress).
* Investigate complaints (informal and formal) and expressions of dissatisfaction with the service; respond to customers within our published service standards, both verbally and in writing.
* Updating the system with relevant information and create reports for analysis.
What you will need to succeed
We are looking for someone who believes in working together as part of a team, who shares our values and is friendly and positive. The successful candidate will:
* Have strong administration skills and must be IT proficient.
* Have great communication skills, both oral and written.
* Be a self-motivated, resilient, assertive and confident person
* Have proven experience of providing excellent customer service.
* Have previous experience working with scheduling of repairs
* Be organised and able to multitask.
Monday - Friday
Permanent position
£25,000 per annum
8am-5pm
Must have previous admin/planning experience within social housing/property services
