Contract: Permanent, full time with agile and part-time working available. This role will require travel to various locations to meet with customers and supply chain and supervise the execution of any necessary works

Key Responsibilities
Due to growth, we are recruiting for an Aftercare Site Manager to join our Western & Wales region to work on a range of schemes including Healthcare, MOD, MOJ, Education, Commercial schemes. Within the role, you will work closely with our Aftercare Team.
You will need to manage delivery, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget and to the quality required by the client. You will need to engage with our customers and provide instruction/ direction to the supply chain involved with any work.
What do we need from you?
To be considered for the role, applicants will have construction site manager or aftercare experience of a range of projects and schemes ideally with a Tier 1 contractor.
Applicants are expected to have the following skills and attributes:
· Similar duties and skills of a Site Manager
· Understands H&S requirements
· Possess the necessary CSCS skills and competency Card.
· Comfortable talking to clients
· Problem solving is key
· Able to plan and sequence works
· Good IT skills
· Full UK Driving license
· Work remotely and manage works as required.
