We are Kier, one of the UK's leading Construction and Infrastructure service, working on large scale projects such as Hinkley Point C. We are currently recruiting for an Agent to manage resources in order to fulfil the assigned project safely, on time and to the required quality while maximising customers' satisfaction and gross profit on projects.

Key Responsibilities

In this exciting Agent role, you'll be responsible for utilising resources to meet the desired programming works strategy and commercial performance across the project. You'll support the implementation of health and safety policies and procedures and ensure works are delivered in accordance with the specification including keeping up-to-date records of labour, plant and materials. You'll also undertake financial forecasts, reviews, final cost and value review with the Commercial Team and ensure any changes are communicated in a timely manner.

What do we need from you?

We're looking for a proactive leader with excellent communication skills. You'll have gained Chartership with ICE or actively working towards attaining your membership with previous experience working with reinforced concrete, groundworks and civils. You'll have a relevant qualification or equivalent NVQ Level 3/HNC or HND Degree and have solid knowledge and experience of main management systems and processes used within a similar business. You'll have an ability to take the lead with client interfaces and manage project delivery and able to lead a team to deliver the required outputs for quality, cost and programme.
