Protocol is pleased to be working alongside a leading Further Education provider, which requires an Agricultural Engineering Technical Trainer for a full time permanent position starting immediately.

This is a fantastic opportunity to pass on your skills at Further Education level and inspire the next generation. Working in a vibrant and positive learning environment, you will be responsible for training students up to level 3 and deliver subjects such as - Engine, Transmission, Hydraulic, Fabrication & Welding etc...

We are keen to hear from candidates that use innovative techniques to motivate and inspire learners.
To be suitable for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria;
*Hold a minimum level 3 Agricultural Engineering qualification.
*Have experience in Technical Training
*Have good organisational and planning skills.
*Plenty of enthusiasm and the ability to motivate learners.
*Willingness to provide outstanding support for learners
*Extensive knowledge of your subject area.
*Be flexible and self-motivated with a dedication to learner achievement and quality.
