Protocol are working with a college in South Yorkshire to recruit for an experienced and dedicated Applied Sciences lecturer to work on a part-time, long term temporary basis.
The college
The college is known for providing high quality academic, technical and vocational training to enhance qualifications, skills and employability across the region. Adopting a 'one college approach', they operate from a number of sites with fantastic facilities at each.
The role
The role is part-time (2 days a week - flexibility on which days so please state your availability upon application). The role is temporary, and will be reviewed on a termly basis but my run for the entire academic year.
The role will be to teach Applied Sciences, providing lessons that are engaging and guiding students to achieve their full potential.
The candidate and qualifications
The ideal candidate will need to have taught Applied Science or be strong at teaching at least 2 out of the 3 sciences.
They will also hold a teaching qualification and hold a DBS on the update service or be willing to get on.
