Job Description
As an Appointment Setter, you will engage prospects through calls and digital channels, schedule meaningful meetings for sales representatives, and ensure that every lead is managed efficiently to drive business growth.

Employment type: Full-time
Shift: Night Shift (Monday to Thursday and Saturday | 11:00PM - 8:00AM PH Time)
Work setup: Onsite, Clark, Pampanga

The Qualifications We Seek
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business or Marketing is a plus
- At least 1 year of previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus
- Ability to work independently and handle rejection professionally
- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic
Your Daily Tasks
- Reach out to potential clients via cold calls, emails, or social media
- Schedule appointments between prospective clients and sales representatives
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
- Follow up with leads who have shown interest but not yet scheduled
- Confirm appointments and send reminders to both prospects and the sales team
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies
- Provide feedback on customer responses and common objections
