Apprentice Customer Services Agent

As an Apprentice Customer Services Agent you'll be a natural communicator and thrive on offering exceptional customer service in a fast paced environment. Working within our distribution team, you will receive high levels of support and will quickly become a vital member of the team. You'll be talking to our customers over the phone and by email, responding to enquiries in a timely professional manner. You'll also be working with our transport team to plan and deliver orders from our sites.

Working for the largest independent construction materials business in the UK and Ireland, you'll be provided with real, practical experience and mentoring by industry experts. We guarantee you the opportunity to build skills, gain knowledge and experience through 'in-role' training and mentoring by our fantastic customer service and distribution team.

As our Apprentice in this field, you will spend time understanding our business and getting stuck into the action from day one. You'll be an ideal fit for this position if you enjoy building relationships, have a great sense of humour and are willing to tackle a problem!

Do you have…?

  • A minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade 4 or above including Maths, English and Science.
  • Experience in a customer service environment (desirable).

You'll be supported throughout your career with us, with time out of work to attend college. Initially you'll be undertaking a Business Administration Apprenticeship with a local college; whereby you will achieve a Level 3 NVQ qualification.
