What does being an Apprentice Quantity Surveyor involve?
- Joining a well established principle building contractor in Bridgwater.
- Estimating and pricing.
- Post contract roles such as procurement, contract administration and accounting.
- Servicing our current active and reactive maintenance and small projects customers.
- Multiple projects at one time.
- Working on both the commercial and operational requirements.
- Everything from the initial tender acceptance right through until the handover, final account and end of defects stages.
