Apprenticeship Administrator- ( Full Time Temporary)
Protocol are looking for an Apprenticeship Administrator to work with a university in the Midlands. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator to gain experience within the apprenticeships and educational sectors.
Role Responsibilities:
You will act as a first point of contact for staff, employers and apprentices to provide a high level of advice regarding apprenticeships and Professional Statutory and Regulatory Body Regulations (PSRB).
You will provide comprehensive course support, including timetabling, module management supporting CANVAS creation and updating module information when necessary.
You will support the Faculty Apprenticeship Coordinator to ensure the development of contracts for businesses and to ensure the timely payment and/or scheduling of end point assessments.
You will maintain accurate and up to date records on e:vision, producing reports as required to ensure Faculty compliance.
The person & qualifications:.
You will hold a minimum qualification of A Levels, if you hold a degree this will be desirable.
You will have demonstrable administration experience and proficient knowledge of using office technology.
You will have experience working within stipulated regulations and procedures.
You will be proactive and professional, holding excellent interpersonal skills and good organizational capabilities.
If you have experience working within Higher Education and an IT qualification, this will be desirable.
