Protocol are working with a large training provider who are looking to appoint an Apprenticeship Manager with specialism in Logistics.
Our client is currently recruiting in the West Midlands for an experienced Logistics Apprenticeship Manager.
The successful candidate will have the following expectations
*Have excellent communication and organisational skills and be able to communicate in an effective and professional manner.
*Have the ability to lead teams and to motivate others.
*Ability to assess, develop and implement new systems
*Experience of managing successful apprenticeship provision.
*A good understanding of the new apprenticeship Levy and the inspection and quality framework.
*Hold current industry specific qualifications relevant to the job role
*Experience in assessing driving goods vehicles and warehousing qualifications.
*To be motivated and target drive.
*To ensure all Awarding/funding Body documentation is completed accurately and timeously.
*To ensure all audit and compliance requirements are met.
