Protocol are delighted to be working with a well-established Training Provider who specialise in education and apprenticeships. They are currently in search of an Apprenticeships Administrator on a full-time and permanent basis based in Botley, Hampshire with occasional travel to other company locations. Travel is expensable back to the company.

Our client is currently undergoing a merger in which the company will experience exponential growth. As the company grows, so will this role to include a promotion and salary increase - this is an excellent opportunity for career progression for the right individual.

Salary is £20,000 - £25,000 pa. dpe.

Successful applicants will receive a 4-week induction where they will receive role specific training.

Successful applicants will undertake a basic DBS (paid for by the company, and will have to complete e-learning modules based on working in education).

Role responsibilities:

Book meetings for team as required.
Receiving enrolment paperwork into centre and processing it in a time effective manner. (Including 1st line compliance checks.)
Setting up new learners onto Diagnostic/e-learning platforms.
Register learners with Awarding Organisations/End Point Assessment Organisations.
Book End Point Assessments.
Book and upload exams for Assessors/Tutors.
Monitor systems for results and feedback to Assessors/Tutors and Operations Manager/SMT depending on who is project lead.
Update learner recording system.
Add learner/Manager details to newsletter and survey platforms.
Download/receive relevant Certificates and record as required.
Keep all learner and employer files up to date and in alphabetical order. These include copying admin, certificates and forms, tracking, and requesting Employers Insurance.
Upload learner and employer data to MIS system.
Deal with enquiries via telephone, live-chat, social media and any other medium.
Invigilate any centre based exams when requested.
Preparing resources as and when requested - learning resources, learner documents etc.
Arrange, facilitate and note-take at meetings when required.
To support Senior Management with Internal and External Audits (financial and quality).
Support with the training of other centres as required.
Process Finance Invoices and statements upon receipt.
Support with general administrative duties such as answering the phone, enquiries emails, live chat, face to face enquiries, scanning/filing and copying.
Keep stationery and resource stock levels manageable
Manage welfare facilities
Maintain staff logs for signing in/out.
Managing incoming and outgoing post.

The person & qualifications:

Experience and knowledge of Apprenticeships is a must.
Knowledge of government funding in relation to apprenticeships and ESFA is required.
Admin qualification is desirable.
Must be proactive and enthusiastic.
