Architect Job in Stafford, Staffordshire

Our client has an Architect job now available. This award winning architectural practice has a new role which would see you take a lead role in the running of projects from concept to delivery on site!

This award RIBA practice has won a number of awards for its residential projects but its portfolio includes education, mixed use, leisure and commercial projects all with a keen focus on design. The team of seven works in a modern open plan office working on projects across all RIBA stages with a variety of clients.

They now are seeking an enthusiastic Architect to become a member of the team.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Taking a lead role in the running of projects
  • Working on the production of design, planning and technical drawings
  • Using Revit on a daily basis
  • Dealing directly with clients.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Possess a minimum of 3 years post part III qualification experience
  • Experience with UK residential projects would be essential
  • A working knowledge of Revit is beneficial but training will be offered
  • Ability to manage projects
  • Good communication skills are essential
  • Due to the office location, you will need to have your own transport.

What you get back

  • £32,000 - £40,000
