Architect Job in Islington, North London
An Architect job is now available working on residential projects with an established practice in Islington, North London. Experienced Part II Architectural Assistants considered!
Our client is looking for an outstanding Part III Architect to work on both new build and restoration projects at their practice in Islington, North London.
With over 20 years of experience, this client has a reputation for quality restoration of residential projects, thriving in the re-use of space. They are looking for someone with great energy to work through all RIBA stages.
Role & Responsibilities
- Work with other Architects and Assistants on residential projects
- Report as required on project process
- Work effectively through all RIBA stages
- Prepare feasibility studies, concept design, planning applications, detailed drawings etc.
Required Skills & Experience
- Excellent Vectorworks skills are essential
- 3 years' experience post part II qualification
- Sketchup and Rhino skills are advantageous
- Ability to work across all RIBA stages
- Able to demonstrate good technical and construction knowledge
- Strong design and technical skills
- Eagerness to develop, including in construction detailing
- Knowledge and experience in the UK residential sector
- Excellent English, both written and verbal
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
What you get back
- Salary of £35,000 - £45,000 DOE
