Architect job in Harrogate, North Yorkshire This role would involve working primarily In healthcare, residential and retail projects.

The practice was established over 50 years ago with 2 offices made up of over 20 staff. They are looking for an Architectural Technologist to join their inclusive and collaborative practice. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to diversify their own portfolio and experience in a supportive environment. The practices portfolio displays a diverse range of projects across residential, healthcare, sport & leisure, retail and education.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the design of new construction projects
  • Liaising with project managers and co-consultants
  • Collaborate with team and report to associate.
  • Managing a small but enthusiastic team.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Fluency in Revit and AutoCAD
  • Healthcare experience is desirable
  • 3 years' PQE
  • Experience Managing project teams and collaborating with other specialists and consultants
  • Experience with technical delivery of a projects.
