Architect Job in Kensington, London

An Architect job is now available to join an established high-end residential practice in London.

Established for over 40 years, our client is looking for an Architect to join their growing team of 10, working on substantial residential refurbishment projects in London. A great opportunity to join a RIBA chartered practice that will offer support with career development and project exposure.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating concept designs and preparing design presentations
  • Support on submission of planning applications and construction packages
  • Assist live projects on-site where required
  • Coordinate and communicate with consultants and contractors.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5 years post Part III qualification experience
  • Experience in running high end residential refurbishment projects
  • Fluency in AutoCAD is essential
  • Excellent knowledge of UK construction methods
  • Proven knowledge of all RIBA stages
  • Comfortable producing tender and construction drawings under guidance
  • Excellent English, both written and verbal
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.

What you get back

  • Salary of £35,000 - £45,000 depending on experience
