Architect Job in Winchester, Hampshire

We are currently working with an architectural practice in Winchester who has an Architect job available. The role would involve taking a lead role in the later RIBA stages and delivery of residential and specialist projects. This role would offer a salary of up to £50,000 and also offers hybrid working options.

This practice was recently established and has found great success working on a mix of bespoke residential and smaller residential development projects. Based in London and Winchester the practice looks to offer a good work-life balance and develop an environment that helps the well-being and enjoyment of their work with its staff.

With a number of residential and public projects in London confirmed, they are seeking a Revit-skilled Architect with experience in project delivery to join the team.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Working through RIBA stages 3-5 on UK-based residential projects
  • Use of Revit on a daily basis
  • Production of technical detailing drawings
  • Responsibility for the delivery of projects
  • Working on site.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Possess a minimum of 4 years of UK project experience ideally in the residential sector
  • Experience in the delivery of projects is essential
  • Skilled in the use of Revit
  • Experience in BIM level 2
  • Strong technical ability.
  • The role will be based in Winchester, but you may be required to travel to London on occasion.

What you get back


£43,000 - £50,000 depending on experience
Hybrid working
